Cohort Applications Open

The incubator built for founders who've already won.

Foundermark brings together repeat founders to build category-defining companies — with the peers, capital access, and structure that first-timer programs can't offer.

By invitation & application only  ·  12 founders per cohort  ·  Global

The Problem

Existing accelerators were designed for beginners. You are not a beginner.

The standard accelerator model — Demo Day theater, generic workshops, predatory 7-10% equity stakes — was built for founders with no track record, no network, and no proof of execution.

If you've already built and scaled a company, you don't need the basics taught to you. You need the rare peers who speak your language, the warm capital that respects your leverage, and the accountability structure that matches your ambition.

Generic cohorts

Mixed with first-time founders at Day 0 — the conversations lack depth and the calibration is off.

Equity extraction

Programs that take 6–10% for connections you already have, at a valuation that ignores your history.

Curriculum mismatch

Workshops on "finding product-market fit" when you've already navigated five pivots and a Series B.

Who Belongs Here

A seat at this table is earned, not purchased.

Foundermark accepts 12 founders per cohort. Every person in the room has already built something significant. The bar is designed to make the peer group your most valuable asset.

Proven exit or scale

You've taken a company to $5M+ ARR, meaningful acquisition, or venture-scale growth.

Active on your next venture

You're exploring, ideating, or early in building. Not thinking about it someday — acting now.

Peer-driven, not mentorship-hungry

You want a room of equals who challenge your thinking — not a stage for advisors to broadcast at you.

Ambitious on capital efficiency

You want to raise smart — on your terms — not surrender equity for a brand name on your cap table.

Category ambitions

You're building for market leadership — not a lifestyle business — and you want the infrastructure to match.

Willing to give as much as you get

The best value in the room is the founders around you. Every member is expected to show up fully.

The second time around, you know what hard looks like. What you need is people who've been through it too — and the infrastructure to move faster than you did the first time.

How It Works

Structure built for velocity, not hand-holding.

Six months. Twelve founders. A proven cadence designed around how experienced builders actually operate.

01

Selection & Onboarding

Applications reviewed by a founder-led committee. No pitch decks required — we want to understand your history, your next thesis, and what you're optimising for. Accepted founders complete a deep-dive onboarding to calibrate group context before Day 1.

02

Peer Cohort Intensives

Monthly two-day intensives held in a different city each session. Not lectures — structured working sessions where each founder brings a real problem, and the room tears it apart. The format is Chatham House rules. What's said in the room stays in the room.

03

Capital Access — On Your Terms

We have pre-negotiated term sheets with seven seed and Series A funds who understand repeat-founder leverage. Warm introductions happen when YOU decide to raise, not on our Demo Day schedule. No forced dilution. No standard SAFE with a cap that undervalues your track record.

Talent & Operator Network

Access to a vetted pool of operators — CTOs, heads of growth, finance leads — who have worked with Foundermark companies before. Skip six months of recruiting. Get referrals from founders who've worked with them in production.

Ongoing Community — For Life

Foundermark doesn't end at Demo Day. Graduates retain full access to the alumni network, deal flow, and future intensives. The room stays valuable because every cohort adds more people who've earned their seat.

From the Cohort

Three cohorts. Twelve companies apiece. Here's what founders say.

"The quality of the peer conversations at Foundermark is unlike anything I've experienced in a formal program. My cohort caught a pricing mistake that would have cost me six months of growth."

Priya S.

3x founder, Cohort II — previously exited SaaS company to private equity

"The capital access is real. When I was ready to raise, I had warm introductions to four funds within a week. The terms reflected my track record, not a standard seed deck."

Marcus T.

Serial entrepreneur, Cohort I — two prior ventures, combined $90M raised

"I joined skeptical — I've been through enough programs to be cynical. Foundermark has no theater. The curriculum matches where we actually are, and the people in the room make you better."

Anika R.

2x founder, Cohort III — previously scaled team from 3 to 200

"The lifetime alumni network pays back compounding dividends. Three months post-cohort, I hired two operators through Foundermark referrals and closed a partnership with a Cohort I company."

James O.

Co-founder, Cohort II — previously took company to Series C

Our Principles

We built this program by asking what we wished had existed.

Peer equality, always.

No "featured" advisors, no celebrity appearances. The most valuable person in the room is the founder next to you. Every program design decision flows from that belief.

Your equity is yours.

Foundermark charges a membership fee, not equity. You've earned your cap table. We're not here to take a slice of your second act.

Accountability without theater.

No Demo Days. No applause-optimised presentations. Real accountability means the cohort knows your numbers and holds you to your own commitments — not a room full of investors.

Uncomfortably honest rooms.

The format is designed for candor, not validation. When the cohort sees a problem in your thinking, they say so. Polite silence is the most expensive thing we refuse to offer.

Cohort IV — Now Open
